Step 1: Pricing Your Home
When you list your home, there are several other houses for sale competing with your listing. It is essential to optimally price your home so that you can remain competitive, attracting a large number of qualified buyers. I am able to assist you with competitively pricing your home by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. Step 2: Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
As soon as you list your home with me, I enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Through partnerships with the Canadian Real Estate Association your listing will appear on 16 different listing websites worldwide, including Realtor.ca.
Step 3: Professional Photography & Floor Plans
Sharing beautiful photos of your home is essential to the quick sale of your home; therefore, I am happy to provide you with these services. I can also provide professional home floor plans when they are needed.
Step 4: Home Tour, Showings & Open Houses
Often before your home reaches MLS, I have the opportunity to add your home to RE/MAX Ocean Pacific Realty’s weekly home tour, which gives me the time to showcase your home in front of 100+ real estate professionals who are representing a wide number of buyers. Regularly, this can lead to showings and sales within the first few weeks of listing your home. Additionally, I can also host open houses to give your home added exposure to interested buyers and will work with other agents to coordinate showings for qualified buyers. (Note: home tours and open houses are currently unavailable due to COVID-19 provincial health guidelines).
Step 5: Promotion via Website & Client Database
My online marketing process allows me to make information accessible 24-hours a day, via my website, and to respond immediately and directly to each and every interested buyer. Potential buyers can get information immediately about your home with the convenience of 24-hour access to viewing your property listing on my website. Additionally, when your home meets a buyer’s criteria in my database, your listing will be sent to them by email. Your listing will also automatically reach future buyers when their criteria matches with your home.
